You're invited to the Cleveland Culinary Challenge
Here's the dish:
Start with talented Tri-C students interested in the culinary arts, add a few of the city's most talented chefs (like Doug Katz, Marlin Kaplan, Zach Bruell, Steve Schimoler and Sergio Abramof), then mix in a mouthwatering competition and add a dash of entertainment (jazz trio, cake decoration and ice sculpting). Serve with an adult beverage and hors d'ouevres and you've got the recipe for a night to savor.
The Cleveland Culinary Challenge is a fundraiser for the Spirit of Cleveland and Cuyahoga Community College's work study program for hospitality students.

$75 member ticket or $90 non-member ticket ($35 tax deductible), includes complimentary valet parking, food, three drink tickets (additional cash bar available) and one Friday general admission ticket to the Fabulous Food Show on November 13, 2009 at the I-X Center.
